Hi and Welcome to Cedarhaven Farm. We are located in Southern Maryland. We started our herd as a 4H project for our 3 daughters about 18 years ago. We fell in love with those "loud, floppy eared goats”, and so began Cedarhaven Farm. We have three daughters that have grown up showing our animals in 4H. They have all moved on now. That is okay with us, as the Nubians have become a great business for me and my husband. We are currently a CAE free herd and continue to test annually with WADDL. Our kidding season will be starting in May and we are looking forward to it.
We have taken up the great craft of soap making. What a wonderful way to use up the extra milk that comes from these beautiful animals. We also enjoy dabbling in cheese making for ourselves.
